The Principle Six Conference is an event dedicated to showcasing the significant role cooperatives play in Maine. As we celebrate the 2025 International Year of Cooperatives, this conference offers a platform for discussions, workshops, and networking aimed at fostering a more inclusive and sustainable community. Join us to learn, share, and contribute to building a cooperative-driven future for Maine.


The Principle Six Conference will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Edward Little High School in Auburn. The event will feature a keynote and panel discussion led by Esteban Kelly (USFWC), an introduction of the local cooperative ecosystem, two interactive workshop sessions with multiple topics to choose from, and a collaborative closing session. Attendees will also enjoy a provided lunch, along with coffee and networking breaks throughout the day.
