Peer Consulting: Leveraging Shared Problem-solving for Co-op Leaders and Their Teams

We’ll introduce a simple peer consulting tool that sets up a shared approach to problem-solving that leverages the perspective, experience, curiosities, and resources of a group. It’s simple to engage with and easy to facilitate – participants will leave the workshop having experienced it AND prepared to use it with their cooperatives.

This session will be participatory – the group will do a real round of peer consulting together (maybe 2!) with a live case offered by a participant – so that participants will have the opportunity to experience it (and a few people will get the benefit of shared problem-solving on their case or situation!).

At the end, we’ll debrief the experience and brainstorm ways that participants could apply this tool!
