Cooperative Leadership: A nourishing approach

In this interactive session, we will creatively engage with democratic and adaptable leadership practices. Small groups will have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills while following a co-operative leadership “recipe” to collaboratively create nourishing food to share.

Our focus will be on mindful communication and how our leadership practices can nourish ourselves and each other. There will be time for individual and group reflection as well as ways to bring these skills to your co-op.
